We are currently trialing Twist as an alternative to Pivotal Tracker for our Documentation team communication.
The CF7 Skins Docs Team used Pivotal Tracker to manage their work.
Pivotal Tracker can quickly get unmanageable if you add lot of info there.
We focus on adding notes which tell us & others what we did & why for when we need to edit the article in 12 months.

You can also add in Skype as extra reminder if you want.

When you add a link in Pivotal Tracker, make sure you remove everything after the post ID.
Otherwise the link includes a security feature called a nonce that makes the link inaccessible to anyone other than you.
