Problem

Multiple Page Forms is the modern way of handling extensive forms. Generally, users are much more comfortable in filling forms section by section instead of going through long forms. The Contact Form 7 plugin does not currently offer this functionality.

Solution

CF7 Multi allows you to easily break your CF7 forms into multiple steps. Page break elements can simply be added where required within the Contact Form 7 plugin interface.

I needed a contact form that spanned across multiple pages and in the end would send an email with all the info collected. This plugin does just that. This plugin requires the Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin.
